This is a payment plan agreement for the Black Friday Roadmap Package. Please complete all boxes below and submit deposit.

I agree I will pay 50/50 payment plan for the Black Friday Roadmap Package.

I acknowledge and agree that the payment plan will require you to pay$450 is due today, the remaining balance of $450 due by October 31st.

Late Payments: If any payment is not received by the agreed due date, a 10% late fee will be applied. Ko Graphics reserves the right to pause all work until payment (including any late fees) is made.

Final Deadline: All payments must be completed no later than November 5, 2025. Any payments made after this date will not be accepted, and the project will be considered terminated.

Acknowledgment: By making the first payment, the Client acknowledges and agrees to the terms of this payment plan.
