Effective Monday, November 30, 2020, we will require that all orders be paid in full.
There will no longer be an option to pay a 50% deposit unless your order is over $500.
Turnaround time begins once payment is received. If no payment is made within 24 hours after the invoice was sent, your invoice will be cancelled.
Client MUST approve the final draft by checking the spelling and information on their design within 24 hours. If no response received within 24 hours, a $10 late fee will occur. Draft images are for approval only. They may not be copied, manipulated, or distributed to any other person or company other than those directly involved with the project without prior permission from Ko Graphics. All drafts works are the property of Ko Graphics.
Logo Design Revisions
You are allowed to choose ONLY ONE design from the design concepts that will be provided to you. After you’ve selected the concept of your choice, you are then entitled to receive 3 revisions to the design concept that you selected. Ko Graphics offers 3 revisions until the customer is completely satisfied. Any revisions requested after the 3rd revision will attract a small fee of ($10 per revision). One single email is considered a revision request so please make sure you include all of your thoughts in one email or you will be charged accordingly. Please allow 24-48 hours to complete your request.
E-Flyer Design Revisions:
You are only entitled to ONE revision. Additional revisions are $10 per revision
Our turnaround time is 4-5 days by 6pm EST (excluding weekends and holidays.) This is subject to change based on the volume of current orders. Website Design turnaround time is 2-3 weeks (time varies depending on the scope of the work.)

REFUNDS + CANCELLATIONS
Ko Graphics does not provide refunds for any services unless agreed upon. Having buyers remorse or wanting to use another company instead is not a suitable means for a refund. Once payment has been made, the project will begin in the time frame given to the client. It is advised that you give the project ample time for completion for these reasons: revisions may be needed, it may be a peak in the orders received and prior work received may take longer than expected.
If for any reason you want to cancel a service already rendered or paid for, that is your choice. However, due to the work produced or in queue, payments already received by Ko Graphics will not be refunded in order to offset the loss of business. If partial work has already been received by the client and they choose to cancel, the partial or full payment that has been paid will not be refunded.
Ownership of all artwork, layouts and development will remain the property of Ko Graphics and remaining work will not be sent to the client for their ownership. If the project is in it’s final stage, ownership will be transferred to client after full payment is received.
The only time your payment will be refunded is in the event Ko Graphics is unable to complete the project for personal reasons or illness.
